We work hard to make sure that we know you as individuals and incorporate your favourite flavours and dishes to make your wedding day an extension of you.

For those looking for an even more comprehensive service, why not add in our Bar Hire service as well? The bar can be stocked with a wide variety of draught or bottled beers. This can include locally sourced beers and ales from Wensleydale and the surrounding areas, or from further afield.

Absolutely fantastic food and service. Our wedding took place at Bolton Castle in November. Mr Fairhurst and his team made it a very special day. The menu was very varied and catered to all of our guests tastes (the range of canapes was amazing!) If you ever see Fairhurst's steak and ale pie on the menu then order it without a second thought - one of the best this pie-lover has ever had! 5 stars.

Guy and his team are excellent at what they do. They catered for us at our wedding two weeks ago and the food was just amazing. Everyone commented on how delicious it was and the canapés went down a treat! Such smooth and professional service from start to finish. Nothing was too much bother, there was so much choice on the sample menus - but also Guy designed me my dream pudding of “millionaires cheesecake” which was amazing. Thank you so much, would recommend to anyone and will definitely be using Fairhursts again!
